Where do you ship from? I am located in Ontario, Canada, and ship with Canada Post. 

What are the average arrival times? Worldwide shipping delays are ongoing from the pandemic, please rememeber that when ordering.  Estimated arrival dates are included below to help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification. Also, shipping from Canada can take a little longer. If you are ordering from another country, your package has to go through customs. 

US orders: 7-14 business days 
Canada orders: 2-14 business days
International orders: 11-20 business days

When do orders ship? I try to ship all orders within 24 hours

Are all orders shipped with tracking? At checkout there is an option to choose either untracked or tracked.

Will I be charged customs for my order? Unfortunately yes, additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders. Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.
